Early Pattern Developing for upcoming season

Every night at about 7:30 for the last two weeks I have noticed a flock of crows building in numbers from feeding to roost over my house.  My blood pressure is going up as their numbers increase.  All nesting is over now and the new fledglings are joining their parents in their journey to everywhere.  Looks like there was a good hatch in the east. Our season came in June 1 and I am about to die to wack a few of the newbies, but with our heavy rains recently and the 100F days the mosquitoes are bigger than the crows.  What are you guys seeing in your area?

Lots of family groups but no big flocks yet here in my area of MI.  Our season just started on the 1st and runs to the end of Sept.  We ussually don't see bigger flocks til september, by then I'm goose hunting so I have to wait til the late season(Feb 1 - March 31) to hunt the big flocks.  We were gona run n gun 11,000 acres today but it's raining and 20 - 30 mph winds.

I coundn't stand it any longer.  The flock flying over my house each day has grown so fast. I guess 350 birds strung out over a 45 minute span.  It was raining on and off last evening and nothing to do so I dressed up for the dance and put 4 decoys out and broke out my trusty mouth calls. The first bunch came over the tree tops at 6:15pm.  I do not remember if I mentioned that all these crows are rain crows.  They do not decoy well and they fly very high, but there are so many young this time of year they can be fooled.  In the 45 minute span I picked a few large bunches to try to call and I managed to kill 12 before the rain ran me back to the house.  It felt good to shoot a few in the summer months.  I challenge you guys to do the same so you don't get so rusty.
