The entire month of May was a disaster for fishing. The wind has blown every day and rained most of the month. June has been a pleasant change and the fishing is great. Got a chance to go out today and really worked on a school of speckled trout. We also caught a large amount of flounders. We kept three 20" flats for the freezer. What's happening around your neck of the woods?
Gary sounds like a great time.. Honestly I fish more then I hunt.. I love fishing and reading fish reports.. gotta share pics with us man..
I lived in Virginia for many years when I was younger and lived off lynnhaven inlet .. I use to catch spots, croaker, drum, specks, and flounder fairly regularly.. crab posts seemed to be the hot spots.. My father on occasion would take me to the chesapeake bay bridge pear to fish.. never did any good there, but I saw some nice flounder and stripers come off the pear out there..
