 If I had squirrels I sure as hell would be.... Rat season is almost upon us.... I need to repost my backyard rat hunting setup... The area I live in has a lot of rats and field mice and they travel through the yards picking at peoples gardens....many check in...but don't check out when they hit my yard...

I actually gave a baby bunny a pass the other day.... I trapped it and relocated it down at the neighborhood pond... had it been full grown I would have already eaten it...

I'll check that out splash. My 1st hunting as a kid was rats, loved it. With all the land fills now, theres no place, other than dairy farms to shoot them. I cant'tthink of much I'd rather shoot !

I hunt red squirrels in the summertime when there isn't much else to hunt. Behind my boss' house in the woods is packed with thousands of squirrels but still a challenge with a pellet gun, they're so fast and jittery! Makes it all the more fun
