Yes this is a totally free raffle. There are no tricks, or spam, and you don't pay for shipping inside the contiguous United States .. All that you need to win is a shipping address and an account on this site.. All forum members are welcome to participate, including "Staff".

RULES

1. You must post "Enter Me" in the proper raffle thread.. posting in any other forum or thread on this site does NOT automatically enter you in the raffle. If you post your entry in the wrong raffle and the thread is closed, you miss out on the current raffle.

2. You MUST have your "Enter Me" post in the proper raffle thread BEFORE the drawing date. For example if the drawing is on the 5th of the month your entry MUST be submitted no later then the 4th of the same month at midnight U.S. Central Time.

3. You may only be entered once. Creating multiple accounts as entries will result in being banned from further raffles and possibly the site. Any other attempts to cheat this raffle will result in being banned from all further raffles and possibly the site.

4. Any entry made from a proxy will be disqualified. If the two names drawn are both proxy entries the raffle will be considered closed and there will be no prize given.

5. The raffle winner has 24 hours after the drawing to "private message" Splash One with a mailing address.

  5A: If the first person drawn does not respond withing the 24 hour period, a second name drawn will be given the chance to claim the prize within a second 24 hour period.

  5B: A notification will be posted in the corresponding raffle thread that the original winner was disqualified and the name of the second entrant drawn will be displayed in the corresponding raffle thread. A "private message" will be sent to the second entrant's account indicating that they have won and have 24 hours to respond.

5C:If the second entrant drawn does not respond within his allotted 24 hours the raffle is considered closed and no prize will be given.

6. All prizes are "as is" no warranty or replacement of any kind will be given.

 7. I reserve the right to refuse prizes to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
