Well I suppose there is an up side to this annoyingly warm winter void of a crow migration.. a bumper crop of peppers. This is my second harvest this year.. the first was twice this size..and there is about this many still on the plants ripening.

I canned a bunch.. and did a bunch of hot carrots.. I'm looking into making this batch into hot sauce...

The orange peppers are habaneros, and the red and green peppers are a Jalapeño/habaneros hybrid..

No crow migration? Yikes!!!! That sucks. They came through here in spades in late October and early November, they should be coming.

Yes we have a crow migration.. but it has been very warm so far here in Texas, and the majority of the crows that are normally here this time of year haven't gotten here yet.. it's been a slow trickle as far as I can tell. This huge cold front that is moving through right now..may just be what we needed to get those pesky birds down here.
