I had a chance to go for two days last week so I will combine the hunts.  The A-Team was split into three groups on Friday.  We all had promises to fill with people wanting to see how it is done.  Friday was the day all crow hunters live for, light winds with overcast skies and 50 for a high temp.  The birds could hear you calling for a mile and they would come from all directions to get a piece of the action.  75% of them were what we call floaters, they just rolled right in on a string.  On this day we had a three way total of 224 birds to our credit. 

On Saturday it was the opposite.  We had a chance to hunt together after fulfilling our obligations on Friday but one of our members was sick so we hunted with a threesome.  It was raining and winds over 20 mph.  It was a football game watching day for sure.  We were able to pull out about a half a day at most and ended up with 51 birds.  Needless to say we did not get a good return for our tank of gas.
